It is a state-level entrance exam conducted by APSCTE- Arunachal Pradesh State Council for Technical Education. By qualifying for this entrance exam, candidates can seek admission to the diploma in engineering courses offered at the various institutes/universities in the state of Arunachal Pradesh.
This entrance exam is conducted once a year through offline mode. The duration of this exam is mainly 2 hours and it is conducted in the English language. The paper consists of mainly 150 MCQ-type questions for 600 marks. It includes subjects like mathematics and science.
In this exam, 4 marks are awarded for each correct answer and one mark is deducted for each incorrect answer. To appear for this entrance exam, it is necessary for the students to fulfill certain eligibility criteria as mentioned below:
- Candidates must have pursued 10th or equivalent from a recognized board.
- The age of candidates should be between 15 to 18 years.
- An age relaxation of three years is also provided to the reserved category candidates.
The final admissions of the students are done on the basis of counseling which is done after the declaration of results. The counseling is done online mode.
The candidates who are shortlisted on the basis of their scores obtained in the qualifying entrance exam will be considered eligible to participate in the counseling process. Seats are allotted to the students through the counseling process.

MP PPT- Madhya Pradesh Pre-Polytechnic Test
It is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the Directorate of Higher & Technical Education in Arunachal Pradesh. This entrance exam is conducted once a year through offline mode. By qualifying for this entrance exam, students can seek admission to the various diploma-level courses offered at the universities/institutes in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
The duration of this entrance exam is mainly 2 hours and it is conducted in the English language. There will be a total of 150 multiple-choice questions of 600 marks. As per its, marking scheme, 1 mark is deducted for each incorrect answer, and 4 marks are allotted to each correct answer. To appear for this entrance exam, it is necessary for the candidates to fulfill certain eligibility criteria as mentioned below:
- Candidates must have completed 10th or equivalent from a recognized board with a minimum of 35% aggregate.
- Candidates must have studied subjects like physics, chemistry, and mathematics in their qualifying exams.
- Candidates who are appearing for the class 12th exam or have passed class 12 are also eligible to apply for the entrance exam
- Candidates should also have a domicile in Madhya Pradesh.        Â
- There is no upper age limit for the candidates to appear for this exam.
