Earlier, the exam date for NEET 2022 was expected to be in June 2022. But due to several reasons like state board exams including CBSE board exams being scheduled in June 2022, that’s why NTA has announced NEET 2022 exam date to be July 17, 2022.
Changes in NEET Syllabus 2022:
Speculations or some rumours were there that NTA might remove NEET Physics Syllabus from the NEET 2022 examination along with other major changes in its exam pattern.
However, the exam conducting body i.e. NTA has not confirmed any variations in NEET Syllabus yet so it will be the same as in previous years. But, the NEET exam duration has been revised now its duration is 200 minutes from 180 minutes.
Conducting NEET 2022 twice this year:
Last year, the education minister said that the authority of the NEET Exam is trying to conduct the examination twice a year in an online mode. Consequently, this year NEET aspirants are expecting that NTA might conduct the examination twice in the online mode.
Official website of NEET and its conducting authority:

NEET Good attempts in chemistry
Chemistry section for the NEET exam is rated as the easiest section every year. This section is also considered one of the scoring sections as compared to another one. Therefore, we advise the candidates to solve the maximum number of questions from the Chemistry subject with a high level of accuracy so that they can get more marks.
If you attempt around 35 questions in this section with an accuracy level of 80% then you can score in the NEET around 100 to 105 marks which can be a good one.
You can expect an equal number of questions from physical, organic, and inorganic chemistry.
Good Attempts in Physics
As per the rating by the students and the teachers the difficulty level of physics is always rated high. In order to solve the physics questions you require mathematical calculation, therefore, candidates with a biology stream mostly find it difficult to solve the questions from this section.
In this section, with an accuracy level of 60 to 70%, candidates can score well. We advise you to try not to get the answer to the question that you aren’t sure about, that can be a reason for the less score so, try not to give any negative scores in this section to maintain good scores.
In the last year, around 70% of the paper had only numerical-based questions on the topics like Optics, Semi-Conductors, etc.
Good Attempts in Biology
This section is the most important section as compared to the other one because the maximum number of questions asked from the Biology section will be 100 questions. However, only the first 90 questions attempted by the aspirants will be considered while calculating the scores.
In order to score higher in this Biology section, you have to attempt around 70-75 questions with an accuracy level of 70% which can be a good attempt for you.
From Biology, NEET aspirants can expect 4-5 direct questions from NCERT.
Some of the important topics for this section are Biotechnology, Locomotion and Movement, Human Physiology, etc.

Diagrams and flowcharts- Diagrams and flowcharts are the important key points and concept clearing points that can be used for the preparation of the topics require. The diagrams and the flow charts will help in clearing the concepts and enhancing the learning process. For example, the electronic configurations or the circuit diagrams would be easy to understand with the help of the diagrams.
Chapter-wise analysis- While reading the books of NCERTs of classes 11th and 12th, always make sure to read the chapters chronologically. For example, chapter one of the Physics Subject will help you to understand easily the chapter 2 of the book.
Analysis of Diagrams- Well, everyone goes through the diagrams but in order to get a selection immediately, you should always follow a trick of using a pen or pencil to virtually outline the given diagram in order to feed it easily in your mind because sometimes merely seeing that the diagram does not help you to recall it during your exams.
Keywords and reminders- Always remember that while studying a theoretical portion of Biology, Physics, and Chemistry subject, note down the keywords that you see like biological names of flowers, creatures in a sticky note, organisms, along with this, the candidates are also free to note down the biological process and their details in a line that they can understand at the time of revision.
For example, photosynthesis: is related to plants, and then paste these important notes on the wall of your room to see regularly and remember them frequently. For Physics, you can write the formulas related to every topic and save them in your mind.
Create a new timetable- You have enough time to prepare for NEET 2022, you should accordingly create a new study timetable for it by which you can cover all the units of subjects. You should need to give enough time that should be allotted for your revision, mock test, and reviewing of chapters. You can also create a separate plan for last-minute preparation in which you can write the topic in short that will help to remember the complete topic.
Solve Sample Papers and previous question papers: Solving previous year papers and sample papers will definitely help you in figuring out the portions or the topics that require more time. You will also be able to know the topics that are most frequent in the previous year. So that you can give more time on that.
Toppers advise preparing for the NEET 2022

• He shared that studying on a daily basis for a minimum of 10+ hours with regular breaks can be helpful.
• Solving NEET Previous Year Question Papers was one of the parts of his preparation strategy.
• As the weightage of Biology in the NEET is 50% i.e. 360 marks. Therefore, he had started solving the question paper from the Biology section and scored 360/360.
• After that, he moved to the chemistry section and then the physics section as the questions from these two sections involve calculations and numerical that could be time taking, so he chose biology first.
